CB (Devon RFU) Application to go on tour:
If you are staying in England no permission is required as you are governed by RFU regulation 15
If you are going to Scotland, Wales and N Ireland or to a European or other country use
outgoing application for clubs. Also refer to Cross Union approval guidelines
Insurance:
For tours in England, coaches and players are insured under the RFU combined liability scheme
You may need to check on loss of personal property cover. Some parents already have this cover as part of home insurance.

You may apply online for a Global Health Insurance Card…a post Brexit EHIC that may allow you to receive some state funded health care in EU countries. DO NOT PAY for this card IT IS FREE.
Passports
If you are travelling with passports - they may get lost.
- Coaches collect them from every player.
- A good idea is for the players to screenshoot and share with coaches, their passport, showing photo, passport number and date of issue.
- It is possible ,with time , to get an emergency travel document.. find out at your nearest British Consulate/Embassy.
